Krem Reliable Forex Bureau Limited was incorporated on July 12, 2018 (Certificate of Incorporation No. 80020001124988) and duly licensed by the Bank of Uganda. We commenced full operations in 2019 at our location on Nile Avenue, Kampala.
From day one, our founding principle has been straightforward: Ugandans deserve a forex bureau they can genuinely trust — one that shows real rates, charges no hidden fees, and treats every customer with respect and professionalism, regardless of the transaction size.
Over the years, we have built a wide and diversified customer base spanning individuals, companies, traders, importers/exporters, NGOs, and financial institutions at national, regional, and international levels. Incorporation & Licensing
Krem Reliable Forex Bureau Limited officially incorporated. Certificate No. 80020001124988. Bank of Uganda forex bureau license obtained.
Bureau Opens to the Public
Operations commenced at Nile Avenue, Kampala. First day of serving walk-in clients with foreign exchange, starting with 4 currencies.
Expanding Services
Western Union and MoneyGram remittance services added. MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money integration launched. Currency portfolio expanded to 8 currencies.
Agent Banking & Tax Services
Agent banking partnerships formalised with major Ugandan commercial banks. URA tax payment and utility bill payment services added to serve business clients.
